We then move into a comprehensive physical assessment. This involves guided movement and hands-on examination of joints and muscles to identify any imbalances, movement restrictions, strength deficits, or control issues. Combined with the information gathered earlier, this allows us to accurately assess the root cause of your problem.
From there, we create a tailored plan to reduce pain and restore function. Your programme is designed to be realistic and sustainable, helping you stay consistent because consistency is key to long-term results. Treatment may include a combination of hands-on techniques such as sports massage and joint mobilisation, alongside targeted exercise prescription to support your recovery and performance.
