We provide sports therapy treatments and online coaching services. All services are delivered by qualified professionals.

2. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. By booking, you agree to these terms.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

• Refunds are provided at our discretion unless required by law.

• Return of funds from an authorised refund take between 5-10 working days.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

5. Health and Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed all relevant health information.

• You understand that treatment and coaching carry some level of risk.

• You participate at your own risk.

6. Online Coaching

For online coaching services:

• Results are not guaranteed.

• You are responsible for following guidance safely.

• Ongoing access may be subject to subscription terms.

 7. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Injuries arising from failure to follow advice.

• Indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Changes to Services

We may update or modify our services at any time.
